Please explain to me, several effects of low frequency to motor.
For example nameplate motor 400VAC/50Hz…..but they work in 400VAC/46Hz

I was wondering why I can dust the screen on my LCD monitor everyday but the next day right in the center is a large (approx 14") circle of dust again. What is the explanation for that and any way to prevent it from happening on a daily basis?
